The Collaborative Community Engagement Process
The Collaborative Community Engagement (CCE) process is made up of six stakeholder groups: Natural Capital, Economic Capital, Physical Capital, Social Capital, Culture Capital, and Human Capital. Each stakeholder group will have 12 members, totaling 72 for the entire event. Stakeholder members will review economic data, hear presentations on opposing views, discuss the data and issues within their group, and formulate desired outcomes that will successfully accomplish Ulster County´s economic mission and vision. Afterwards, they will intermingle with other stakeholder members to discuss the systemic impacts of each others´ outcomes. Finally, they will identify and prioritize common ground outcomes, which will be presented to a Task Force for strategy development
