About the Plan
Who is involved
The Ulster County Development Corporation, Ulster County Industrial Development Agency and the Ulster County Planning Department have collaborated to undertake the creation of a new strategic economic development vision and plan for the County. They have retained the consulting firms of Cope & Associates, Inc. and Economic & Policy Resources, Inc. This team has extensive experience with community engagement processes and the development of strategic economic plans. Their services will include community assessment, formulation of an economic development framework, and strategy development. A Steering Committee has been assigned to provide oversight.
