About the process
Groups of subject matter experts will be recruited to gather and validate Ulster County´s economic development vision and develop and prioritize outcomes that support it. Select members of the group will form a task force charged with developing strategic plans for each of the outcomes. The final plan will be submitted to the steering committee for approval and implementation.
