“In 2002 UPAC celebrated its 75th anniversary with a $1.7 million
Phase 1 interior restoration of its Historic Broadway Theater.
This year, as a further catalyst for cultural and economic growth,
UPAC launched a $1.5 million Phase 2 exterior renovation. UPAC
enthusiastically continues to invest in its mission to make arts
and business a cornerstone for the uniquely Ulster experience.”

“People ask me ‘why Ulster County?’ and I always answer ‘why
not Ulster County?’ Gorgeous vistas, a thriving artistic community
and a rapidly emerging sophisticated consumer makes Ulster
County the ideal home for the largest historic performing arts
center between Manhattan and Albany.” |
