The Kingston Health Pavilion will be comprised of $30,000 square feet of state of the art medical space committed to providing units for people in the health and health related fields. It will house tenants in 2,000 to 10,000 square foot customized offices. Each office will have its own heating and cooling controls as well as their own custom build out. There will be a new elevator/stair tower immediately adjacent off the parking lot to allow easy access to all floors of the building.
