Williams Lake Resort consists of 737 acres, three lakes and 57 hotel rooms in three of the five buildings. It currently runs as a year round resort and has been in the same family since the 1920's. Williams Lake is a spring fed 44 acre lake, 50' deep, stocked with trout. The other two lakes are 77 acres and 5 acres, both in the Rondout-Esopus Land Concervancy along with 416 acres.
