06.15.10 Ulster County IDA Accepts Bonding Applications |

 Kingston, NY - The Ulster County Industrial Development Agency has accepted two initial applications for Recovery Zone Facility Bonds, both from hotel projects. The New Paltz Hampton Inn hotel would be 87 units with a 42-seat meeting facility. The developers, New Paltz Hospitality, applied for $8.3 million in bonding. In Saugerties, developers of the Partition Street Project, which would result in a 30-room boutique hotel, 400-seat conference/banquet facility and 100-seat restaurant, have applied for $6 million in bonding.
